The company’s mission is to unite prospective adoptive families together with orphan children in Ukraine in order to give a child an opportunity for a wonderful life.  Embrace A Child - Ukrainian Adoptions LLC. provides adoption facilitator services through an extensive network both in the United States and in Ukraine.  Adoption facilitators lead clients through each step of the Ukrainian adoption process; they are involved with families from the time the adoption dossier is ready for translation to the final adoption and final transport to the Kyiv Airport for travel to the United States. Embrace A Child - Ukrainian Adoptions LLC. provides a myriad of Ukrainian adoptions services including translation, transportation, coordination, preparation of documents, attending court hearings, obtaining notary signatures, obtaining approval stamps from various ministries, obtaining child’s birth certificate, providing domestic services – to name but a few. The advantage which is offered by Embrace a Child is that their adoption facilitators understand both sides of the international Ukrainian adoption process and can use their experience and contacts to minimize client anxiety, risk, and uncertainty.

The typical client of Embrace A Child are United States citizens aged 25 to 60 years old, married, with an income of greater than $50,000 per year. The client either currently has children and desires additional children or has no children and has been frustrated through unsuccessful attempts at pregnancy and/or adoption.  However, each case is evaluated on an individual basis.

Roman Kwit, Adoption Facilitator Specialist, has always wanted to help the children and the country of Ukraine.  Roman is very close to his culture and is fluent in the Ukrainian language.  Roman has been involved with Ukraine and the Ukrainian community on a professional and personal level throughout his life.  Roman has traveled to Ukraine extensively to get to know the country and his cultural roots.  These trips have helped him gain a complete understanding of his cultural background.

The visits have made Roman aware of the conditions in Ukraine.  This provoked him to make the conscious decision to devote himself to aiding the children of his ancestry.

Roman has adopted a child from Ukraine and also has a biological child.  Roman understands that the adoption process can be very complicated with many variables along the road.  Experiencing the process and working through the Ukrainian courts, Ukrainian Adoption Center and the US Embassy has prompted Roman to share his expertise to help couples that want to adopt a child from Ukraine.

Embrace a Child - Ukrainian Adoptions LLC. is not an adoption agency.  Embrace a Child personnel are adoption facilitators that can help you thru the adoption process or can work with your adoption agency by accepting your completed adoption dossier and taking it through to the completion of your adoption in the country of Ukraine.

Our approach is very educational.  We will take the time to explain all information to you and to make sure that all paperwork is done properly.  It is very important to make sure that all information is done properly so that the adoption process can progress seamlessly toward your goal of bringing home and loving a child.

In Ukraine you will be taken care of every step of the way with a personal adoption facilitator at your side guiding you through the process.  At all times you will be informed of everything that is taking place whether it is positive or whether some issue has come up.  We will strive to resolve any issues so that the outcome is positive.  Communicating all aspects of the adoption process is extremely important for us to make this a successful and pleasant experience for all prospective families.
